I have some ice cream left over from a party - pare vanilla, chocolate, and cookies and cream. I can't have these big half empty tubs in my freezer for long and would love to turn them into nice deserts for Shavuos. Would love to get some recipes and/or ideas on what I can do, as I am so not creative with these things.... TIA!!!

Whip regular ice cream with peanut butter, put in graham cracker crust, drizzle chocolate syrup on top, and freeze. Always a hit. Serve it plated atop more chocolate drizzle

Get graham cracker or chocolate crust.
Put layers of ice cream and alternate with chopped candy bars or crushed cookies.
Or just eat it! Transfer to smaller containers and enjoy!

Take the ice cream out of freezer to soften slightly one at a time. Take muffin cups and spread a layer of cookies and cream and then freeze. When hardened, spread a layer of vanilla and then freeze again. Then spread a layer of chocolate and refreeze.
To serve, just upend each one onto a dessert plate and garnish however you'd like.

You can call me over any time.
Seriously is space the problem.
You can scoop into individual serving freeze well and put into 1 container.
Or transfer the whole block into smaller containers or a disposable pan with Saran Wrap between each layer.
