Can I give my 7 month old yoghurt/bread/eggs/couscous pasta
I have only been giving her baby jars till now

yes, if she shows interest in it. don't force it though. eggs I mash with a bit of oil. bread and pasta in small pieces.

Yes, I never gave baby food. Give her anything, provided it's not a choking hazard or raw honey.

Sure! As long as it's relatively soft. I personally wouldn't do couscous this young, since the small pieces can be a choking hazard for a kid whose not a proficient eater.
