I've coated skinless chicken thights in ketchup and then rolled in breadcrumbs. How long do I bake and on what heat in the oven? I don't want to fry.
Thanks.
Counting down to shabbos and I need help!

I do something similar to that and I bake it at 350 for about 45 mins depending how thin they are.
