What would you do if war broke out when you were in seminary

We made aliyah during the Lebanon War. It was a great time to be here IMO as one feels achdus with the whole country. Wakes one out of a dreamlike existence and into one that realizes the need for a concern for the whole nation of Am Yisrael, even for those outside of the war zone. Unfortunately, we, as a nation, are not feeling it easily without war or other misfortune (human nature is to be overly concerned with ourselves but we need to strive to be better than that,) so Hashem sending us little incentives to us like terror attacks is actually something from which we can benefit. Everything is for our ultimate good anyway. We must feel the achdus one way or another in order to bring about the geula. You are talking about 1967 but it is even more necessary today as we are historically farther away from the founding of the State of Israel and all the achdus that it created (as well as the negative issues it brought about by people being against it...)

And yes, more mitzvot and Torah learning will save us so one needn't fear war time more than other times when the terror threat is not as in your face but it is still there always.
