Cheesecake style, lime squares
from Clean Eating

crust, from crunched up cookies or graham crackers
8 oz cream cheese, pareve is fine
cup sour cream, ditto above
half cup sugar
2 limes, juice and zest
egg

Press your crust in 8 inch pan.

Mix the rest of your ingredients in food processor or similar and bake at 350 about 45 minutes or until set. Serve cold.

I made these as mini muffins. I think they baked for a total of 20 minutes at 325. Tasted yummy, thanks for the bumped recipe!
