Rideau bakery on rideau street downtown has a counter eating pizza, omelets, sandwiches chalav yisroel
There is a milichig place also in the nursing home not chalav yisroel.
Not sure if the jcc has anything or not.

There is a dairy cafe in the JCC (not cholov yisrael). They also have some pareve items.
The kosher Loblaws at College Square also has options for take-out food at the deli counter.
