The meat department is under the KCL - could be someone else also. But KCL is the general Lakewood hechsher.
The entire store is not under the KCL so they have packaged items that are not pas yisroel that other stores may not carry.
Most of the checked vegetables are under the KCL (I did see some that were not - like colored broccoli - so you have to check individual packages). But there are also vegetables that require checking or I know the KCL considers impossible to check.
