My cellphone doesnt have an International plan.
I need a reliable phone to rent for those 10 days.

If you have an unlocked GSM phone you could just buy a cheap sim card that usually has unlimited incoming and 300 to 500 minutes outgoing minutes and insert it into your phone.
A sim shouldn't cost you more the €10 to 20 .
Can be purchased all over Germany.
Just google prepaid simcard Germany

Im not sure if my phone is locked or unlocked and usable in Europe. I dont want to rely on it.
Is there a way to rent a phone for 10 days for use in Germany (probably all European countries can use the same phone).
