My budget, I think would be upto $100. They are Lub. She is a teacher & he's learning in Kolel, then going out on shlichus.

If it's college campus shlichus, they don't need wine glasses, for example.
Did they register anywhere? With $100, they can get dishes, silver...something substantial.
