Salute an onion, then Add a bag of frozen broccoli, salt and garlic powder. Sautéed until it reaches desired consistency.
I like it very soft and almost mushy.
Roasted couliflower with olive oil, turmeric garlic and pepper

knishes. steam broccoli and cauliflower, mix with egg, salt, pepper, spoon into pastry dough. pretty fancy way - stuff pastry dough into cupcake holders (so it's like a tortilla bowl) and spoon into it, pretty individual servings.

Not OP but it sounds delicious! Is it dairy? Are those the only vegetables used?

My former neighbor gave me this great recipe years ago:
Broccoli Cauliflower Kugel
1 big bag winter mix (32 oz)
1/2 c mayo
1/4 stick margarine
1 tablespoon onion soup mix
2 eggs
cook broccoli until soft. drain. mix mayo and margarine together in microwave (I use the same pot on the stovetop). mix all ingredients together and mash broccoli while mixing.
cook uncovered at 350 for 45 minutes or until done
enjoy!

I make this all the time, and I love it. I don't use a recipe, though.
Caramelize a whole chopped onion in a lot of butter. Add a few tablespoons of flour and cook until the flour is slightly browned (not much). Add broccoli, cauliflower, and enough milk to cover, plus an inch or two on top. Add heavy cream if you want. Partially blend the veggies with a stick blender, but leave some of it chunky. Cook over medium heat until thickened, and stir so it doesn't scorch on the bottom. Salt and pepper to taste (I prefer freshly ground pepper.)
When you reheat it, if it separates, add a few tablespoons of heavy cream, and it will go right back together.
Serve with shredded cheddar on top if you want to be decadent.
