is it the one that you cant take off the sweater if you wear it? its a peice of whiite collar and the rest is black shell material? so in the summer you wouldnt be able to use it.
I am just curious e that you can only use it with something ontop.

Many schools make it mandatory to wear a school sweater as part of the uniform.
