I have 3 kids and ALL grind their teeth in night. 7yr old 4 and 2. My 2 year old is terrible!!! He tosses and turns whilst doing it. I researched and read it could be pinworms. I treated them with worm medication.... no change. . Pllllsssss any help.. lying here in bed can't take the noises.....

Have you taken them to the pediatrician or dentist? This is often behavioral and can cause damage. Night guards are really helpful to protect the teeth.
