most chabad/chassidish will not bake them in the oven at the same time ... will even have dedicated pots for fishy
as indicated above many others will simply bake them covered ...
I wouldn't because sonny boy wouldn't eat it ... and I also wouldn't because I feel such strong aromas will still clash and mess with taste sensitivities
