We are renovating a small kitchen in Jerusalem.
we only have space for a double sink and fischer payel drawers or one larger sink and 2 Bosch 18 inch drawers.
We only eat meat on Shabbat and the rest of the week it is either dairy or pareve
I am leaning towards one sink and 2 dishwashers because Fischer paykel has so many mixed reviews and I don't particulary care for adouble sink . for me it is ok but would like feedback.

I'd do a double sink. You have to think about resale value, and if anyone religious moves in they will want a double sink.

I wouldn't mind having one sink if I got two dishwashers instead!

You take appliances with you when you move in Israel.
OP, personally I'm all for the double sink. Currently I have one sink and no dishwasher. The one sink is such a pain. Everything has to sit out on the counter and wait it's turn (which is even worse in my home because I do almost all my cooking parve, so that's three "flavors" fighting for one sink).

I also vote for 2 sinks. And if you can buy GE in Israel, possibly this might work for you, although it really requires more than the 24" you might think at first glance: http://products.geappliances.c.....00VWW
