I assume you mean royal icing cookies. The cheapest ive seen is $3.75 a cookie. Customized cookies are expensive, even if they seem simple

Try whimsicalconfections.com. The website gives you the price per cookie.

Hope that helps

Try classy cakes in lakewood. Not sure if choosing custom colors would be more expensive, but on their website they have several decorated cookies for as low as $1.50 each (including yarmulka and tzitzis if you wanted for an upsherin).

Crystal Cookies in Brooklyn
Frosted Class
Whimsical
All are good but I wouldn't be surprised if they are expensive. I do Royal Icing cookies and it is HARD work and takes a LONG time.

In Lakewood you
Can get for $2.50 a cookies.

There is a place that does beautiful
Work I forgot their name but out of sunset and James area I think maybe mothers name is miller for $2.50 a cookie.

Also pick a cookie at 732-301-4525 does stunning work starting at $2 a cookie for a two inch square plus she can do matching peanut chews or cake pops.

There are so many options in the $2 or $2.50 range that you do not need to spend $5 on a cookie.

Please put your geographic location in your thread title? You can leave out "who, sells, a" for enough space for "NY/Lkwd".
