Hi! I had wanted to give my sons teachers and therapists in a special ed school some cookies on a nice platter with a note saying thanks for a great sweet start to the school year. Anyone have any good honey cookie recipes or ideas to share? Just a little something to say I appreciate all that they are doing for him as he is not an easy child. Thanks so much! He has a few therapists so would want an easy recipe so doesnt take forever to make for so many people.
