My daughter (age 22) would like to explore rural Israel and is seeking lodging from approx. January 10-25. A few nights or all nights.
She is very kind, soft-spoken, and respectful, a very sweet soul.
She speaks English and some Spanish, not Hebrew.
She would be out by day, and come in to sleep.
She isn't into the religious stuff, though she would respect your religious observance.
She prefers a drama-free, quiet, peaceful place.

How about trying Airbnb? They have shared apartments for reasonable rates or private ones .they are located all over Israel. Otherwise maybe youth hostels?
