Does anyone know where I can buy fresh coconut water in Boro Park (18 ave neighborhood)? My OB told me to drink it before the fast because of the high electrolyte content.

Maybe try a health food store. I don't know if they will have fresh coconut water, but they might have something.

Circus Fruits sometimes has fresh young coconut- the one with white (not green or brown) on the outside. Cut off the top part with a knife and voila- yummy coconut water. I do not drink coffee or other caffeine. The fresh coconut water gives me energy for a few hours.
