optimum
I live in an apartment building with some weird management rules and they only allow optimum internet service because the building is already wired with Cablevision.

We have Optimum, though our rates keep going up. Is there anything cheaper (and reliable) available in Brooklyn?

What speeds does Exchange Telecom provide? How much is installation? How is their customer service in the event of any problems?
