This is really easy
Ingredients needed:chocolate pie crust, pudding mix, soy milk, whipped cream
Prepare pudding with soy milk. (I've never done it with instant pudding, only with reg)
pour pudding into choc pie crust (or graham cracker pie crust, but choc is way richer)
put in fridge to cool
once cooled, top with whipped cream.
You can either keep in fridge till ready to serve, or you can freeze for a delicious, fudgy ice cream type cake.

Beware: instant pudding does not set with soy milk.

God to know. I've only done it with regular pudding. So I guess only use instant pudding if you're planning to freeze it.

I always wondered why it didn't set with soy milk. Thanks pineapple! Will try again.

It should probably set with non dairy creamer.
