Does anyone know around when the concerts would be in Hevron tomorrow? Middle of the day, late afternoon, night?

I just asked someone who would know and she said she believes around 2 the music is supposed to start.

where did you see that? the nly flyer I was able to find is what I posted above and there are no times on it.

Thanks everyone!

In case this is relevant next year, the music started around 2, but it was more of introductory music, nothing that would draw a crowd. We left at around 3:45 before the big performers came on.
