I need to transfer my internet and phone and can't seem to get the right department.
Would anyone have the number and dept. I need to speak with?

I've been trying to transfer my internet service from one line to another (because I want to get rid of one of my phone lines, but want to keep the other phone #) for 6 months.
Verizon and customer service don't belong in the same sentence.

That's been my experience as well for the past ten years or so.

Is there a reason why you specifically want to use Verizon? Why don't you call Best Tel or one of the other local phone companies? I found Best Tel very easy to work with, I tried one of the other ones and wasn't happy.
