Do you who the owner is? Can you look him up in the phone book?
I personally wouldn't feel comfortable giving out people's personal information to people online...

Actually I don't need a phone number either a first or last name or even initials will suffice ...... I just need to know if guy I spoke to was owner himself .... I had a very inappropriate incident and if it was a worker I need to notify the owner
