I need some ideas specifically for filling low carb dairy meals. No fish, no soy, preferably not egg based (we eat eggs every morning for breakfast). Don't like soup or salad. Thanks.

Portabllo mushroom pizza
Zucchini pizza
Spaghetti squash with sauce and cheese
Cottage cheese or farmer cheese latkes
Note that these are high in fat because cheese is fattening.

If you're ok with checking and eating cauliflower then:
"fried rice" cauliflower (the recipe I have has some egg in it, but you can find "riced" cauliflower recipes without eggs).
I have a zucchini noodle pasta swap recipe with like almond milk (you can use reg. milk) and a creamy sauce made from cauliflower and cream cheese and some other stuff I think
I can post either recipe if you're interested.
