For a special prayer on Friday. Once a year on the 9th month , 9th hour of the day for 9 minutes the skies are open for our prayers. So this year it's on this Friday at 2:07pm-2:16pm

Im not sure but I know its a true thing.
My father is lelov chusid and every year the reb used to call him to remind him to chap arein these special 9 minutes and daven for whatever u want!
