I've used both Rivky Abecasis and Chani Litvak and both were very good. I think Chani Litvak is cheaper.

I used Rivki Abecassis. I do think she's on the more expensive side, though. I've used Chana Litwack for other stuff and she's great - would totally recommend her. Miri Kalmanowitz is also great and does ear piercings.
