anyone have a good recipe for baby chicken that is not sweet or saucy? and not with schwarma spice (because I dont have it  )

Mix in olive oil, some crushed garlic (I used 3 frozen cubes), ginger powder, black pepper, a little honey and a little soy sauce. Really you can do any mix of spices with oil. Lay them out flat on baking sheet and put them into oven under the broiler 5-10 minutes each side depending on how thick they are.

Do you have any greens at home?
Any greens, parsley (even dry), fresh garlic, a little olive oil, lemon juice if you like I don't.
Blend to make a pesto, you don't need much.
Salt and pepper your baby chicken
Spoon some pesto.
Broil on high for 5-10 min on each side.
If you have a hamburger grill that's even better.
Season
Grill
Add pesto at the end.

I love dicing it up and make a chicken veggie stir fry served with rice. Make sure the chicken is fully cooked through.
