why don't you take a recipe you like and exchange to low fat cheese & replace sugar with splenda ?

8 oz farmer's cheese
8 oz low fat whipped cream cheese
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 lime squeezed
3/4 cup splenda

[the kind that is measure for measure https://www.walmart.com/ip/Spl.....-item ]

mix together ... put crushed almonds [mixed with a little cream cheese] on bottom of pan in place of crust

bake 45 min at 350°

top with fresh fruit
