I can't say enough good things about the Ramada in Jerusalem. Every year, DD begs to go back!
The food is mehadrin, plentiful, and amazing. The parve chocolate mousse is to DIE for! The pool has separate hours for men, women, and families. The staff are absolutely top notch, extremely courteous and professional. I'd say 90% of them spoke very good English.
For the seders, you can choose the main hall, or for an additional fee, get a private room which is nice if you have a lot of small kids, or a very big extended family. The main hall was a balagan, but it made for some really fun people watching.
If I had to come up with one complaint, it's that EVERYONE uses the Shabbos elevators, and they cram in as many baby strollers as possible. Get a room on a lower floor if you can, and plan to take the stairs.
