What are you making for the seuda? I am looking for ideas that are HEALTHY and not too complicated, but still festive. We will have salads to start and will graze from the MM for dessert, so just looking for main course ideas.

I like to do a theme and I really like it if the main course can cook in the crockpot while we are out all day. I am leaning towards tacos this year but not totally sure yet.

There is a tradition of serving kreplach or other stuffed foods.

I usually serve a dairy meal with some kind of calzone or filled turnovers.

Mexican food (tacos, guacamole, etc) sounds fun, plus it keeps well if it takes me a while to get things organized. Thank you!

We usually make a saucy brisket and mashed potatoes/rice for the main... Yum!

Low mein. It freezes well and is a full dish.
