Anyone have a delicious dip to dip shnitzel into?
Preferably sugar-free (I can use xylitol though)
TIA

In my pre-kosher days, I loved chicken nuggets with ranch dressing. It was a favorite comfort food (and so unhealthy!)
Find a recipe for ranch dressing, but make it with half mayo and half Tofutti Better Than Sour Cream. Tofutti uses very little sugar (if any, I'd have to read the carton, I don't remember), and if you make your own mayo you can leave the sugar out.
I use Lipton's kosher parve ranch dressing, but it has a tiny bit of sugar in it. Not very much, though. If you can find it, read the package, and see if it meets your dietary requirements.
Another favorite is mayo thinned with some concentrated or fresh lemon juice, and a whole lot of fresh dill. This is especially nice in the summer, and is also delicious served over baked salmon.

We make a combination bbq and teriyaki sauce. Maybe you can find homemade or sugar-free substitutes. (Is honey ok?)

We love the dipping sauce from KBD green for wontons - we use it for shnitzel. It's basically apricot jam, with a drop of mustard and teriyaki sauce mixed in. You can also try different flavors of jam instead. Delicious!

This.
You can use a good quality sugar free jam, dijon mustard and soy sauce.
