I think that's what they're called... I see many online but I want to buy in person because I need to make sure that what I want to put in fits inside.

What's my best bet? Party city? Michael's? Hobby lobby? Other ideas? I live in a large city in the south, not NY area.

All the big craft stores and party stores that you mentioned carry them in my area. If you want to check if your local store has them in stock, call before you go. And yes, "organza favor bags" is exactly what they are called.
