Hoping that someone with the same oven can give me a little guidance. The oven had this beautiful blue interior when I moved in. Now it's dull and dirty. Cleaning with a soapy sponge has not been enough. I am afraid to use anything abrasive - I don't want to scratch it up. Can I use a Scotchbrite sponge w/o ruining the finish? What about something like Barkeeps Friend? Or Easy Off?

Bar Keepers Friend has products that work on enamel coated iron (specifically labeled for cooktop use). Follow their directions. Really works after you let it sit.
Scotch Brite will not ruin the surface. There are also different versions with some being more delicate.
