If your family moved from Bklyn to Lakewood, can you tell me why you are happy with your decision? We are moving soon and I am getting cold feet. Please share your POSITIVE stories !! I know this is kind of vague, but really any positivity will help.

lakewood is a really beautiful place, tons of shopping everything available just like bp! why do you think you wont be happy there?

We moved from far Rockaway to Lakewood and we love it. I thought I'd hate it!
We live in a chilled (for Lakewood standards) area, there's tons of Shuls and restaurants, there's excellent food shopping (the seasons here is well nicer than the one in Lawrence!)...
I do my own thing so I don't care about what others think, and we are not up to school yet so I don't have to worry about it yet.
