So we started this cute little idea of always putting our boys in white shirts for shabbos. Now that the 2 year old is potty trained he can't wear suspenders any more, so I'm lost as to how to make it look cute, especially in the Israeli summer where he can't wear a sweater either. Any ideas?

A) he can still wear suspenders. Just pull them down from the sides. Don't undo them.
B)don't put a two year old in white shirts.

I too put my boys in white shirts. But not at age 2. They have so many yrs to go white shirts.

They are doing a lot of white shirts with small designs on it this season if its an option. Or else you can dress it up with a cute color shorts and a matching bow tie.

I love white shirts for shabbos. We start at age 3, but in a way it is cuter on them than on older boys.
If bow ties are still in that's an option. If the shorts are cute enough, especially with suspenders, the shirt does not have to be very interesting. There are linen shirts, shirts with interesting buttons, different collars or no collars, etc. There are also white shirts with designs or patterns that leaves most of it white but still has some color.
