Im looking for company names ans telephone numbers.
Do people use Sears? Are they reasonable?

I don't live in Brooklyn, but my friend and I both just booked carpet cleaners through Amazon. They had Sunday morning appointments, and were reasonable (quoted price of $130 for 2 rooms, but it automatically deducted $30 at checkout).

How do you go about booking services like carpet cleaning through Amazon? And do you get to see reviews for the actual company that they assign to you, since they must have thousands of different providers across the country of widely-varying quality?
