Non Gebroks, no nuts using frozen zucchini, preferably.
Or other ideas for frozen zucchini?

I think sunshine! had a recipe for zucchini kugel mixed with boxed potato latke batter. Would probably work with the frozen zucchini.
Otherwise, make soup or stir fry.

ETA: I noticed that same poster has a 2 tone kugel recipe and the second layer calls for cooked zucchini so that would swap out with frozen zucchini easily.
