Does anyone know if there is anything Badatz or Mehudar in Eilat...what could you eat if you were there for two days?

I think I remember a kosher pizzeria... haven't been there for almost 10 years lol
I have no idea which kind of kosher it was, because honestly I do not look for more than kosher.

You should be able to buy products in grocery stores there, since there are many products in Israel which are always Badatz - perhaps bread, some milk products (some Tnuva products are always Va'adat Mehadrin), cookies etc.
Learn how to take ma'aser and then you can buy fresh veggies (and watermelon and melon and bananas) without having to look for a hechsher. You will probably find it difficult to buy fruit, since in Israel you have to have a hechsher for orla, particularly with summer fruits.
As far as I know there are no mehadrin hotels or restaurants in Eilat.

You can get in touch with the Chabad shliach there (Rabbi Hecht), to find out where you can eat, buy.
