What can I make with middle chuck for dinner? I want it to be soft and tasty. What's the trick to make it soft? How do I cook or bake it??

I don't know what "middle chuck" is vs. just plain old chuck, but usually to get it soft you need to cook it a long time on low heat. Like put it in a crock pot all day.

Great. Crock pot would be amazing. But do u have step by step directions for me? Like what to put in. Water spices. Oil. I'm clueless. How long? When I made it last, it came at hard and horrible.

You can make shredded beef buns in the crockpot.
