Our teen will be getting a Samsung smartphone soon. I'm investigating parental control software and programs and would love recommendations.

I'd like something that filters internet and also lets me "spy" on the phone - review texts and call logs, internet and app activity, etc.

DH and I don't filter internet, so I'm clueless in this are.

Mobicip can filter and monitor internet use, app purchases, and time of use. You can see call numbers and text numbers through your phone bill online. But teens can still use WhatsApp or other apps to get around that. You need to make rules for your teen and have a weekly check of their phone imo.
Or just give up and let them do whatever, which is what I see a lot of people doing.
