If you can arrange a swap with someone coming from Israel at the same time, you'll just cover the cost of insurance and a car wash. Try posting to a few community lists.

Noach rent a car - very cheap car rental with amazing service. They have a summer special going on now small cars about 25-30$ a day if you need van it's probably more but ck them out. CK they're website if you still need their number I can get it just not on me right now.

Call all agents and car rentals soon to book your van. They can get taken quickly especially if you will need it for an extended time.
