Does it hurt the hair? I have a very good European hair sheitel, but I don't love the color. I want to change it from a reddish tone to an ashy tone, if that makes a difference. Thanks!

If it's done professionally it should be fine but be aware of the fact that it doesn't last long and will need upkeep. But if the current color is holding you back from wearing the wig and enjoying it just go for it so you can get use out of your wig.
