Looking for books on Emunah that a pre-teen can read on his own or with me.

Is he interested in this? I'm just trying to get a handle on the situation.
Since he's preteen and not teen, I have an idea that might sound like I'm on the one thread but there's a method to my madness. The book I'm thinking of is the novel Dual Discovery. It's historical fiction that takes place at the time that's considered the basis for our emunah, yetzias Mitzrayim.

Thanks for the suggestions. PinkFridge, he mentioned that he had some questions and was willing to talk about it so I thought reading a book together would be beneficial.

Rabbi David Sapirman has a new book, I forgot what it's called. Maybe simply Emunah.

6 Days to the Top by Rabbi Lazar Brody.

It's a pocket book, easy to read and entertaining. It talks about how each of us is born with a "backpack" of talents, and everyone's is different. We each use our own tools, and work with others to combine talents - all while taking a "hike" up the mountain of Emunah.

I really love this book a lot.
