Anyone here tried baking with it?
I tried making bread rolls , according to a recipe
But it tastes very dry and chalky.
Trying to make a very low carb, low calorie bread/Challa just for Shabbat.
Once I get the formula down, I will incorporate carbalose flour (lower carb wheat flour) to make it hamotzi
Maybe use 1/2 carbalose and 1/2 oat fiber.
Trying to get a 72g roll to be 5 net gram carbs and less than 100 cal.
