Is there a place where we would be able to get takeout for Shabbos near the Monticello area if we go up Thursday night? First year trying out the Catskills for the summer

You can stop off in Monroe on the way. I know that BuyRite's departments and Landau's are opening after Shabbos.
Does Mountain Fruit have a takeout department? You can call them to see when they're opening.
