I want to buy a slow cooker that will stay on for 24 hours, for cholent for Shabbos. Do You know which slow cooker is very good for cholent? Thanks.

A manual slow cooker that has high, low and keep warm settings. Hamilton Beach makes the best ones. I prefer oval shape so I get a lot of surface area. Others prefer round. What size/how large do you need?

I believe the insta-pots are digital, not manual. I haven't checked if they have a keep warm setting. Or what happens to the digital screen when you open the pot on shabbos.

I like this one because it turns to keep warm after the set hours are up so u can't go wrong. I love it.
