When I had the opportunity, I baked her a batch of chocolate chip cookies that she was able to share with her bunk. Another time I sent cupcakes.
For visiting day, I always brought up lots of good, fresh fruit - like peaches, nectarines, and cherries. My girls claim they didn't get enough of that in camp.

I just saw something so cute on Instagram from sweetbouquets1. She sends 'cakes' made out of candy to camp. My kids would love something like that.

Her favorite food is always good.
A game that she can play with her friends on Shabbat. Anything from Settlers of Catan to a deck of cards.
Some cute socks (socks always get so disgusting at camp; my kids were instructed not to even bring them home unless they were really attached to them), a new shirt, or some inexpensive costume jewelry or hair accessories.
Magazines.
