Hashem should bless you with a wonderful fulfilling and paying job!
For the record.. I totally believe your story.. and I'm so glad ur out of there!
I remember the feeling after I said I was leaving.. shaking.. I needed to keep drinking to try to keep the lump in my throat down

So true, I had slept so litttle the night before that when I walked over to their office I felt like I was going to faint. But I managed to hold it together.
No they keep coming to me with ideas why and how I should stay. But I am remaining firm.
Thank you for the brachot!

So happy for you! Hope you soon reach the stage where you look back and can't believe you didn't do it sooner. It's a little scary but based on what you posted, you 100% did the right thing. Good luck!

I had that too. They wanted to "make it work".
Stay strong.

It's very liberating!!! Almost a year later I wonder that too lol.
But I try not to beat myself up because it took a LOT of courage and bravery, and I wasn't ready before.
With Hashems help, I got a wonderful job. Yes, I work harder (I have a long commute) but I am valued and paid and it has done wonders for my self esteem.
