I left specialized medicine in Killington Vermont. I'm not back home, rather now visiting family in Lakewood. There is no way to get this medication locally.
Can someone ship it to me? I'll give a credit card to overnight it via FedEx.

I would recommend contacting one of the frum kosher programs in Killington and explain your dilemma and see if they can help you. I believe there's VT Getaway and Menucha (is Sunflower still around).

If you can't get the medicine in Lakewood, maybe someone can ship it to you from somewhere that you can get it from. Might be easier than tracking it down in Vermont.
