I own a business with 12 Employees, half are Jewish and half not. I give small gifts before the Jewish holidays to foster good feelings and a warm, personal touch. (Ex: small shalach manos for Purim, small box of shmura matza before Pesach, a Chanukah themed lunch on Chanukah)
Any good ideas for Rosh Hashana?
